Requirements Analysis and Documentation
This is where we work with you to determine the design and functional elements of every major experience on your site.
Strategy
Through face-to-face customer interviews, surveys, card sorting exercises and persona development we'll work with you to develop
your site's site map, navigation schema, information flow (taxonomy), and content module elements (if necessary).
Wireframe Development
This is where we'll develop a gray-scale layout of your site's main pages such as your home page, section heading pages, article
pages, search results pages, etc. We do it in gray-scale so that you can fall in love with the flow of information, which is most important to your users, before you fall in love with our design.
Testing
Here we'll bring in nine or ten typical site users to make sure they can navigate the site and be successful when they use it.
Design Requirements Documentation
This is a document that defines the rules and standards that your wireframes will adhere to. It's the documentation most helpful
to your technology teams as it outlines pixel-perfect code specifications.
Visual Design
This is where all the strategy and planning and thinking come together in a visual experience that sets you far apart from your
competitors.
